Lynn is particularly known for her expertise in executive search consulting and coaching and for her work with boards and search committees around executive leadership. She is a skilled facilitator who helps individuals and organizations find meaningful ways to collaborate. She is also a savvy high-level project manager who works with senior executives and boards.
Lynn started her own consulting practice in 2010 to provide individualized attention to selected clients. Previously, Lynn was an executive search consultant for five years with Spencer Stuart, one of the world’s leading executive search firms. She served clients in the firm’s Life Sciences practice and its Education, Nonprofit & Public Policy

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lynn served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Cincinnati Health Council for 23 years. At the same time, she served as Executive Director of the Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati and also as Secretary of the Hamilton County Hospital Commission. Prior to these roles, Lynn served as Assistant Vice President of the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for five years, Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the American Hospital Association for three years, and Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Howard Baker for three years.
Lynn holds a Master of Arts in legislative affairs from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in government and public administration from American University in Washington, DC.
